I am Martine Nauta — a trauma-informed somatic coach, healer and guide for women who are ready to come home to themselves. For over 20 years I have walked the path of liberation — through the body, through the lineage, through the places most of us have been taught to avoid. That journey changed everything. And it is the foundation of everything I offer.
